Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated, fast paced Business Intelligence Technical Lead for a permanent position. The ideal candidate must have in-depth experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Data Warehouse Architecture and Design, Informatica and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL application development.

 

This position will collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. The ideal candidate will reflect a mix of strong technical proficiency, application maintenance ownership, and the ability to work effectively with other business and technology personnel and internal customers to provide very responsive support to this global application.

• Design, implement and test Oracle Business Intelligence applications

• Responsible for coding and unit testing application software across production support, enhancements and projects

• Complete coding and unit testing activities on-schedule and per quality expectations

• On an individual basis, meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution

• Follow the standard WFS development processes

• Driven to keep cutting edge technology skills current through training and development

• Design and develop technical solutions to a pre-defined requirement and develop components including Data Models, Dashboards, Reports and ETL jobs.

• Enhance performance in the BI environment. Tuning code, reviewing tables and applying indexes where needed.

• Follow documentation, version control and testing, and migration standards

• Strong understanding of the lifecycle of technical development from technical design, unit testing to user testing, to production migration. Emphasize adherence to standards and controls, and conduct quality assurance over programs before migration to production

• Develop a cooperative environment that fosters knowledge sharing

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to others in areas of expertise

 

We are seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:

 

•              Bachelor’s Degree (BS, BA, etc.) in Engineering or Computer Science

•              Master's Degree (MS, MBA, JD, etc.) in Computer Science or equivalent a plus

•              5-7 years of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and/or Siebel Analytics development experience

•              5-7 years of Informatica development experience

•              3-5 years relevant work experience with Oracle Financials, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay business processes is preferred

•              Strong knowledge of the Oracle databases, SQL and PL/SQL

•              Provide quality assurance checkpoints related to BI development

Our client is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join them on a fulltime basis, at their South Florida Corporate location.  You as the SharePoint Administrator will provide support, maintenance of and web-based solutions from SharePoint Services 3.0, SharePoint Sever 2007 and Project Server 2007 by acting as an administrator of the SharePoint and Project Web Access applications and by representing SharePoint 2007 and its capabilities to the business community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To act as a liaison between the Business and IT in regard to solutions that can be provided through SharePoint for specific Business Needs and Requirements.
2. To identify, document, facilitate and maintain industry best practices based upon company policy.
3. To Provide Level 1 and Level 2 Support for SharePoint Server and Project Server issues through assignment or directly.
4. Administration of Microsoft Project Server users, resources, and sites.
5. To create, maintain, support and monitor security permissions and schemas for SharePoint and Project Server..
6. To create web-based solutions within the SharePoint framework including design, development, coding, testing and implementation. Using skills not limited to; HTML, CSS, Javascript, Data Connections and ASPX.
7. To support the availability, reliability, performance, monitoring and security of Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 & Project Sever 2007. 8. Support for the upgrade to SharePoint 2010 and Project Server 2010 from SharePoint 2007 and Project Server 2007

 

Job Requirements :

  • Associate’s Degree, Technical School diploma, or other two-year program
  • 1-5 years of collective experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Project Server SharePoint and Project Web Access functionality and best practices
  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer
  • Experience with InfoPath forms and Form Libraries a plus
  • Practical Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and Project Server 2010

Experience with a SharePoint 2010 and Project Server 2010 upgrade

 

Salary for this position is up to $75,000.00 a year, and includes an annual bonus plan that is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our client  is looking for a top Applications Director (Oracle and Java Technologies) accountable for overall development delivery in an Oracle ERP and Java J2EE environment. Must have a proven track record of development delivery that is on-time, within-budget and per quality expectations. Delivery responsibility includes all design, development and unit testing activity across the project and enhancement channels. Staff responsibility for 30 including managers, application architects, Oracle Applications PL/SQL developers and java developers. Responsible for leading a team of development managers and their staffs in support of the Lead to Order and Back Office business processes.

· Design and deliver solutions that meet business needs while accomplishing long term supportability and maintainability of the clients technology stack

· Maintain a high-level of code quality as measured by the defect rate found in quality assurance testing

· Define best-practice development processes and standards (development productivity, requirements gathering, solution walk-throughs, design and code reviews, code management, automated unit testing, etc)

· Attract and retain application development talent for the organization

· Effectively manage development resources by accurately planning all development activity

· Manage the expectations of IT leadership and the clients business community during the development delivery lifecycle

· Partner with QA to improve overall quality of deliverables as measured by post production defects

· Partner with the clients business to quickly understand key processes

· Suggest technology innovation ideas to enable efficiencies and generate new opportunities for clients business growth

· Provide input and help guide the future state technology direction for the corporation

· Mentor and grow application managers and other development staff

Job Requirements :

 

  • Degree in Computer Science required (MS/MBA in Computer Science or equivalent a plus)
  • Current title and experience at a Director level (someone with extremely strong leadership skills who is very involved in his/her team and being a strong manager) is a must.
  • 10 – 15 years of relevant work experience in an Oracle ERP and/or Java J2EE custom application development environment is a huge plus
  • Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite is mandatory (Business Intelligence, CRM, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Supply Chain, Credit and Risk, Treasury and Cash Management, etc).
  • Broad experience in a highly customized Oracle ERP environment using Java J2EE.
  • An in-depth understanding and prior experience developing enterprise applications leveraging the following java technology stack is required: JSPs, Struts, Ibatis and Spring


Salary for this position is up to $160,000 with a 25% bonus target, that is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Employee benefits are typical of a Fortune 500 company and include medical insurances that start on your first day of employment and a matching 401(k) plan.
