z/System Infrastructure Architect

 

A client of AHC Staffing is seeking a z/System Infrastructure Architect to join them, for a year long +, contract opportunity at their Washington DC location.  You as the z/System Infrastructure Architect will support the design/delivery of IBM mainframe infrastructure solutions by spending the majority of time assessing, planning, designing, and developing custom Mainframe Infrastructure Architecture Solutions.

 

We are seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:

 

 

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology

At least 3 years experience in in progressive, practical hands-on experience in IBM heritage mainframe hardware; S/390, I/O (DASD, Tape)

At least 3 years experience in in mainframe systems integration, systems design/configuration, migration and implementation

At least 3 years experience in in practical hands-on systems programmer skills

Security clearance of Minimum Top Secret, CLEARABLE to SCI - Active
