This role is accountable for ensuring that WebLogic application 11g on Solaris and Redhat Linux Servers are configured to maximize the performance of the ADF 11g SP2 and SP3 applications. The selected candidate will evaluate the current deployments of the ADF applications, including their Oracle 11g databases, and provide recommendations on how to improve the performance where needed. This role will work closely with the Infrastructure Architects and the Development teams to drive our ADF solutions towards our future state technology direction. This role is accountable for the quality of our technology solutions overall and the definition of our application deployment technology standards.

 

• Evaluate the performance of the current ADF 11g applications developed with JDeveloper 11.1.1.3

• Inventory and assess the current state application stack including ADF 11g, WebLogic 10.3.3, over Solaris/SPARC and Redhat Linux on Intel, and Oracle DB 11g.

• Identify, plan, and execute short term performance and functional improvements in the configuration of WebLogic 10.3.3 for our ADF 11g applications. Understanding the ADF applications architecture using                ADF View Controller and ADF BC.

• For individual projects, develop solution alternatives that are within the parameters offered by the business for scope, schedule and budget • Train and mentor less experienced technical staff

 

We are seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:

5+ years experience as a Solutions Architect leading application design for Fortune 500 Companies

Experience with ADF 11g Applications

Experience with JDeveloper

Experience with WebLogic 10.3.3

Strong communication skills are a must

Enovia Matrix One (eMatrix) V6 Upgrade project to help resolve issues found during UAT, with assistance and oversight by a current Team Member.

 

The eMatrix application is also used as a Document Management application for the Business Policies and Procedures. eMatrix stores over 500,000 documents and provides a Google-like Search capability to search the file contents. eMatrix is used as a repository of controlled training documents.

 

This role is responsible for developing eMatrix based solutions for our client’s R&D division. The candidate should be well-versed with eMatrix PLM, preferably V6 and Java/J2EE expertise. The candidate must have development and design experience and data migration activities.

 

Required skills:

 

·         Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Enovia PLM.

·         Demonstrated Java, J2EE expertise and Struts framework

·         Should have good expertise with Enovia Matrix One (eMatrix) V6 concepts, customization,
