Senior Information Technology Security Analyst
A strategic client of AHC-Staffing (a Fortune 500) corporation is seeking a dynamic Senior IT Security Analyst, to join them on a fulltime basis, at their beautiful Miami Florida Corporate location. You as the Senior IT Security Analyst will act as lead for IT Security team and provides guidance and mentoring to other security analyst. You will collect system logs including firewalls, switches, routers, servers, SANs and workstations and analyze system logs for abnormal or unusual behaviors, investigating the roots causes and formulate appropriate responses. You will continuously identify, evaluate, rate, and report internal and external threats to the company’s information security posture, and evaluate, recommend and implement reasonable security systems and/or procedures to mitigate identified threats. You will also work as a project manager with IT Operations regarding some security projects

We are seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree
CISSP or GISA Certification (Required)
Five to seven years experience with Security Technologies with specific experience in the following areas: security administration, access control, encryption, internet security, database and/or application security, security design implementation, and risk assessments.
Knowledge of LAN/WAN and desktop security and structure.
Knowledge of security auditing and reporting applications.
Ability to interact with all levels of personnel across the enterprise to determine information security requirements
Knowledge of Internet applications and Firewall process.
Knowledge of system design and implementation.
Knowledge of security monitoring of various operating systems and applications such as: Oracle, Windows 2003, XP Professional, Cisco IOS, Redhat, Solaris, Symantec, and Exchange 2007
