Fulltime Oracle ERP Applications Director job opportunity in Miami Florida

ORACLE ERP APPLICATIONS DIRECTOR

 

A strategic client of AHC-Staffing, (a Global Fortune 500 corporation) is seeking a talented Oracle ERP Applications Director to join them on a fulltime basis, at their beautiful Miami Florida corporate location.  You as the Oracle ERP Applications Director will be responsible for the overall development delivery in an Oracle ERP and Java J2EE environment.  Responsibilities include all design, development and unit testing activity across the project and enhancement channels. You will design and deliver solutions that meet business needs while accomplishing long term supportability and maintainability of the corporation’s technology stack, while establishing and adhering to best-practice development processes and standards (development productivity, work load distribution, solution walk-through, design and code reviews, code management, release management, automated unit testing, etc).

We are seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications:

 

·        BS in Computer Science

·        10-15 years of experience leading development organizations to successfully deliver enterprise applications primarily in the Oracle ERP and custom PL/SQL space

·        Leadership and staff management experience over a development team of between 30-40 including application managers, team leads, application architects, senior developers and junior developers

·        Experience leading teams of employees and consultants in onshore, offshore and near shore development models

·        10+ years of functional and technical knowledge with Oracle ERP and related technologies (Business Intelligence, CRM/SRM, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, Supply Chain, Advanced Collections, Credit Management, Treasury and Cash Management)

·        10+ years of application architecture experience in a highly customized Oracle ERP environment

·        3-5 years of experience with Oracle’s web application technologies (ADF, OAF, SOA, etc)

·        Experience architecting enterprise applications leveraging Java J2EE, JSPs, Struts, Ibatis and Spring is a strong plus but not required
